This outline contract lays out the basic points agreed between me, (Richard Foley, hereinafter called the Teacher) and you (hereinafter called the Student):

We, the Teacher and the Student, mutually agree to a course of lessons of 

	*NUMBER:

The cost of each lesson, including any travel charges defined on the rates page, is defined in 

	*EUROS:

The lessons will be graded suitably based on assessment at the start of the course and with the agreement of the Student 

	*GRADE:

The lessons repeat each day, week or month, or days of the week, as described by the defined 

	*CYCLE:

The lessons may be private (1), paired (2), or grouped (3 or more) as of 

	*TYPE:

The lessons will take place at the mutually agreed 

	*TIME:

Lessons will take place onsite or online at the specified 

	*LOCATION:

Each monthly payment is to be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of 

	*EUROS monthly fee:

Fees can be paid via PayPal using email: 

	pay.pal [at] rfi.net, or by bank transfer: IBAN ES2721000787110100642516.

Teaching is always in the target language of English.

The student is expected to complete occasional homework, if this is set.

A lesson which is missed by the Student will be deemed to have taken place unless it is cancelled/rescheduled by the Student, with written confirmation from the Teacher, a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

A lesson which is missed by the Teacher will be rescheduled: at a time suitable for both parties.

This contract may be cancelled by either Teacher or Student in writing at any time prior to the limits of the 24 hours cancellation period mentioned above.

Written confirmation here refers to all forms of recordable communication: email, sms, whatsapp, or hard copy (paper), etc.

In the case of translations of this contract, and any information on the website ( https://english.rfi.net ), the English version shall be deemed authoritative.
